  my cousin gets her hair done at Totally Pampered by Sam who she has been really happy with. I do not live in Melbourne and i was trying to organise a voucher to get her hair done as a Birthday gift.. i had called on the day but was trying to organise how it could get to her quickest so that it was actually presented to her on the day of her Birthday.. i was trying to sort out express post etc, when Sam offered to personally deliver it to her mailbox. in such a fast lane world that we live in, this was so hard to believe that it would actually get done. The voucher was delivered to her mailbox as promised and it got to her in time. Thankyou so so very much Sam, for not only doing a great job at keeping my cousins hair looking so good but for going out your way with your kindness and generosity for me, someone you do not even know. its so warming to know that there actually is people who go out of their way for others. Very rare and I'm so so grateful. :)
