  Left waiting at a table even after being told someone would be with us to take our orders. Eventually had to go to counter to make our order. Waited for some time so asked where our entree (cold meat platter, so no cooking required) This then came out (must've been forgotten) at the same time with our mains. Entree was a mix of 2 different platters (not just the one I ordered) so a bit confused by that. Wife's salad looked like a lot of ingredients just tossed into a bowel, very bland, little taste. With my Catania pizza I struggled to find more than 4 or 5 little pieces of the chicken. Lucky I had so much cold meat from the platter so I tore that and spread on my pizza. They were good enough to give us a free dessert because of the delay in getting the meals out. Apart from the lack of chicken, the pizza tasted every bit as good as Zero95's reputation suggests but overall poor experience and won't go back to that store again.

  Having tried the outlet several times it has on a whole been disappointing
  1. What you actually receive on your pizza
  2. The quantity of toppings you receive on your pizza
  3. Who is actually in the kitchen controlling the process
  Which over several visits has swung wildly so unfortunately it is overpriced and underwhelming
